To ensure precise quality and on-time delivery, the production and packaging of your products must be inspected.
OSANTS provides “Boots on the Ground » solutions for quality control with inspection by our field engineers.
We visit your supplierʼs locations to collaborate on design and process engineering; provide oversight of sample testing, production and packaging; and draft inspection reports for your review prior to delivery.

DELIVERY LOGISTICS

OSANTS will accurately project your true end-to-end supply chain timeline from purchase order placement to product delivery.
We utilize shipping mode diversification as contingency for delivery disruption, and strategy for negotiation of the best total landed price.
Logistics solutions include cargo insurance, customs clearance at port of entry, intermodal delivery of FCL and LCL shipments, and pre-shipping product staging and assembly upon request.

INVENTORY SUPPORT

If your company works with a lean inventory model, or has limited stocking capability, we can structure regional warehousing solutions.
Project managers are quick to provide you with status reports and reply to inquiries. We process all claims for product that are damaged in transit or otherwise non-conforming, and arrange replacement or rework.
